Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy is applicable to all purchases made on Praise Furniture, operated by United alliance.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order, please email us at support@praisefurnitures.store. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Due to the premium nature of our luxury furniture, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged during transit or defective. You must report any transit damage to us within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos.

3. Refund Policy

If your cancellation is approved, or if you receive a damaged product that cannot be replaced, we will initiate a refund. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
